You get 1st degree attunement to the Universal Life Force Energy which is known as Reiki in Japanese. You will learn human body 24 points for self-treatment & 24 points for healing others.

The Reiki attunement is the core of the Reiki First Degree course. During the attunement process you receive energy connection by Reiki Master to the Reiki Energy for your lifetime free usage.
Once you are attuned, your 7 major chakras & 24 minor points open. You will be able to channel Reiki energy for self-treatment and healing others.
During Reiki First Degree course you will learn 24 hand positions of short Reiki for self-healing and treating others. You will learn many things, including how to clean your aura, energy fields, and your physical & emotional bodies.
